Communication Matters: INESRA is a consulting company, specializing in experiential communication and alternate dispute resolution training providing rich hands-on professional education experience across a range of professional fields (law, healthcare, social work, law enforcement, immigration and insurance, regulatory bodies, business, architecture, and customer service). Strong communication skills are at the heart of creating and sustaining successful professional organizations and underpin effective problem solving, critical thinking, decision making and implementation strategies.
Experience in the field of simulation-based education is central to the interactive approach taken by the co-founders of Communication Matters. Since its inception Kerry Knickle and Dr. Nancy McNaughton, Executive Directors and co-founders of Communication Matters have engaged in a wide range of training, focused on the unique needs of the learner, and designed to enhance professional skill in the area of facilitation, feedback, conflict resolution, simulation case development and curriculum design for small and large group experiential learning and on-line learning.
Communication Matters: INESRA aims to promote best practices in addressing workplace communication, collaboration, leadership, problem solving and recruitment practice. Through the engagement of interactive didactic, small group and simulation-based methodologies participants are encouraged to self-reflect and learn from and with their colleagues about effective relationship centred practice.
